Do you hold the base of your penis with one hand, while you're pulling with the other? Or do you use one hand? From where do you hold your penis? From the middle of shaft or just below the head? You stretch for each direction for three times. So the excercise should take you about 6 to 9 minutes to complete, right? I should never stretch while fully erect, correct? Thanks again.
