Well I will start from the most common thing you need to do to stretch then work up, firstly the hotwrap that you need for a warm up and staying calm and non errect, sometimes guys get excited and have to wait a bit and if that does not helpy uo can stretch a tad then do another short hotwrap and that usually get's most people limp and calm again then you know stretch to sides up down holding for 30 seconds to a min, then doing other combinations.
